Drakengard 2

The sequel of Drakengard takes place 18 years after a war between the Union and the Empire. An 18-year-old boy named Nowe, who was raised by a Black Dragon name Legna, joined the Knights of The Seal, an organization that protects the Seal and founded by one of the heroes from Drakengard, Verdelet. Nowe and his friend, Eris, both must protect the seal if they don’t wanna go through the same mistake 18-years-ago.

However, during a mission, Nowe’s life drastically changed when he met a woman named Manah. Manah says that by destroying the districts, she may save the world as well as to atone her sins. Caim, our hero from the previous Drakengard, has returned as well. But what is Caim’s purpose? Will Manah atone her sins? And can Nowe save Manah and the world before it’s too late?

Drakengard 2 is a great sequel to Drakengard that’s also rated M for Mature in the US. It’s not as much blood and gore Drakengard 1 had, so it’s not that bad. Growing Wings is still the theme song, and has another new song called “Hitori”.
