Winter Layout 2008
Features:
Midna (LoZ: Twilight
Princess), and Yuna (Final
Fantasy X-2) in the banner.
Asagi (D), Miku (Antic Cafe),
Shou (alice nine) as link-buttons.
About:
This layout was created only a little after
I had made the previous
layout, and might have been
why I thought the other
wasn't that good xD. This is
a layout I'm quite happy
with, and maybe the most
advanced so far? Only minus
is how Yuna ended up as a
part of the layout once
again, and I already thought
I'd used her enough *laughs*
xD. This might also be the
one layout of all that I
have made that turned out
closest alike my first idea
as to how it was gonna look.
And Midna is in the banner
as well, that makes me happy
<3. And, this layout came up
on Golden Ocarina 1th
January, 2008. First day of
the year ;P |

Fall Layout 2007
Features:
Mitsu (Dolly) in the banner. Midna (LoZ:
Twilight Princess), Yuna (Final Fantasy X),
Sheena (Tales of Symphonia) as link-buttons.
About:
This was my attempt at making a darker,
Halloween-ish layout, actually. But it came
out more as a christmas layout, heh.
Therefor, the decision was to use this in
the period from Halloween until Christmas (almost
so you can wonder why I didnt add some
Nightmare Before Christmas stuff, ne :P).
This layout isn't as fancy as the previous
one, sadly, but more...pretty, I think. And
very cozy? xD yet I wasn't as happy with the
result of this layout as I was with the
previous, therefore it weren't up for as
long as the other. Though, I liked it enough
to make it a Golden Ocarina layout, ne ;P |

Summer Layout 2007
Features:
Ashe (Final Fantasy XII) and Kana
About:
Hm, well when summer was ahead I figured
that Golden Ocarina needed a brighter and
happier look. This was the result. Which I
myself were quite happy with (duh, or else I
wouldn't have used it as a layout for GO).
Some might find the flashy pink on this
layout quite annoying (yes it is pink, not
red, it's from Ashe's skirt), I find it
rather pretty in it's own way. So, I hope
everyone else agreed at that part xD. A very summer-ish
layout in my opinion ;P and, my most
succesful layout so far, I believe xD |

Spring
layout 2007
Features:
Shelke (Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus)
About: This layout was truly hard work.
I spent a whole lot of time on it, but I am
pretty sure it was worth it. Though this
layout had little to show that GO was more
than a gaming site (or more than a FF site
for that matter), I think it would have
ruined the layout a bit to add more than
Shelke. It was quite a colorful layout (with
one of my favorite colors as main color ;P).
The only minus on this layout was how the
links were black, which made them kinda hard
to see. A little bummer there, I guess. Heh. |

Winter
layout 2006-2007
Features:
Amila (Magna Carta: Tears of Blood), HIDE (ex-Vidoll) and Garnet (Final
Fantasy IX) in
the bottom banner.
About: This layout was very focused on
christmas. Bright, happy colors and the
banners background supposed to remind you of
snow.I think I managed that quite well? I
was after all very proud of this layout when
it was finished, and many people gave me
nice comments on it XD. Though, when I look
at it now, I see alot of things I would've
changed, but still. A nice christmas layout~ |

Fall
layout 2006
Features:
Yuna (Final Fantasy X), and Tero (Vidoll)
About: Well...this layout was dark. XD I
made it to fit the season, of course. And
according to me, fall is simply Halloween.
All of it. Heh. So it is mostly black and
dark brown in this, and a lot of orange
too...hm, pumpkin? ;P Nah, but it wasn't the
best layout I've made, but it was easy to
read the text on this one, as it was flashy
orange. And, it was kinda fancy, I believe.
It was during this layout that GO actually
started to get some affiliates and truly
become a graphics site. |

Summer
layout 2006
Features:
Furiae (Drakengard), and many others.
About: This is the first layout Golden
Ocarina had after becoming a graphics site.
I'm pretty sure it was also my first actual
attempt on making something more 'professional'
looking, although it was a lame attempt. Oh
well... the banner was good. The only one of
GO's banners that clearly showed what GO was
about. But the minus about the layout was
how difficult it was to read the text (blue
with dark blue text? Eh...no surprise), and
how small space we had for the content. But
still quite a nice layout in general. |

(note: GO has had earlier layouts than these,
but we no longer has any examples or
screenshots of them =/ sorry about that) |
